We\'ve been here 11 years,lovely house in a good location, most other houses in the road are privately owned, there\'s a small shop nearby and town is a 15 minute walk or there\'s a regular bus service. we have made extensive changes to the house over the years, new kitchen , built in cupboards in the bedrooms, a drive at the front of the house, we have recently converted a 18ft*10ft shed into a usable room at the top of the garden, it\'s fully insulated , plastered and has wood flooring.most recently we put in a new bathroom suit and tiled it. Front room we decorated last year and the kitchen was done around the same time by the council. Bathroom and bedrooms we have yet to do anything with but as we are hoping to exchange we have not done anything with them. All rooms are typically large for this type of house.
