We\'ve been here 11 years,lovely house in a good location, most other houses in the road are privately owned, there\'s a small shop nearby and town is a 15 minute walk or there\'s a regular bus service. we have made extensive changes to the house over the years, new kitchen , built in cupboards in the bedrooms, a drive at the front of the house, we have recently converted a 18ft*10ft shed into a usable room at the top of the garden, it\'s fully insulated , plastered and has wood flooring.most recently we put in a new bathroom suit and tiled it.
