It has great potential with a spare room attatched to the back of the house , and also a small attic room in one of the bedrooms , both have just been replastered and has had wood flooring fitted. The gardensits on a higher level than the patio and is a decent size . There is also asmall front lawn , and enough space to make a driveway. The area is loverly with everything very close by, including , a corner shop, a park , a playing feild and a community centre just around the corner. there is a bus stop at the end of the road. We are looking to swap for a 2 /3 bed council house in Cranleigh or Godalming or anywhere very near there .
